SureStay Plus By Best Western Orlando International Drive

Went to this hotel last week for the first time. Wow ! What a nice stay ! Room smells very good !! Bedding is perfect. Seems new. Breakfast each morning was excellent with eggs, sausage, fruits and ++ Staff is more than sympa ! Always smiling, very generous with kids too. They even found my daughter's iphone that was lost :) Pool was not heated but very clean ! A clean towel on each chair around the pool. Overall I give a 5* out of 5. Will be back for sure on our next trip !

Favored the hotel for cheap price and close proximity to universal parks. Room was decent, however the reason for such a cheap price speaks for itself with rough bedsheets, towels, even no bath condiments. For breakfast there was waffle (make your own), bread, cereal and milk, juices, coffee. No eggs.

Photos made it look like a hotel style with interior rooms, but it's motel style with exterior entry so that was a surprise. Was mostly clean and acceptable for the price. They did not have any staff for daily service of the room, but for my 2 night stay that didn't bother me. The drawers were broken, so I couldn't store away clothes, but again with a short stay it's ok. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The beds get really hot because of waterproof mattress pads, so keep the thermostat cold, but the AC worked good. Would really have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, though. Oh, and, the cable didn't work, had some weird lag. So that sucked, glad my kid had a tablet. But, I feel like overall was a fair deal.

So, not the best place I have ever stayed in, but it holds its own for a cheaper hotel. The outside was a bit concerning upon my initial arrival, but the room was much nicer than anticipated. Beds were soft, bathroom was clean (no tub which I loved), there was a table and chairs along with a desk and chair which you don't often find, etc. Actually, I chose the room because of the table and desk amenities, but when we arrived, the table and chairs were gone. Maintenance quickly resolved the issue and we had no other trouble after that. No issues with cleanliness. Another plus is that the water gets really hot and heats up in no time. Water pressure is wonderful, as well. All staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Location is phenomenal! Right in the thick of things. All in all, very good for a motel-like hotel. PLEASE NOTE - THIS HOTEL IS ONLY FOR NON-FLORIDA RESIDENTS! IF YOU HAVE A FL LICENSE OR ID, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE TERMINATED!!!

The rooms were updated, nice floors, love the floors, not much in the room, no hair dryer, medium sized fridge which is nice, small micro, the linens aren't so good. We brought our own sheets, I would advice the same, very clean room but just old sheets and towels. Worth every penny though, we weren't planning on being in the room, great rate. Amazing pool with a great little Cafe that's serves draft beer, tables with umbrella, lounge chairs, playground, kids splash water play area, little lake, beautiful grounds, great hotel just need to update sheets but then the price would go up.

This hotel is unbelievable affordable for what you get. Staff is amazing and very attentive. The pool is great, slash pad good for younger kiddos. The rooms are extreamely clean. New sheets, towels, handcloths and the even mop the floors daily as they installed new vinyl floors over the old carpets. They have a mediocre breakfast that is complimentary but enough to eat and get you going for the day and after breakfast free coffee and lemon water in the lobby. It is very close to a lot of great attractions. Our family loved being here and if I ever went back this would be our place of choice to stay.

This hotel is within walking distance of universal, nice large pool area with towels inc and plenty of sunbeds and reception area was nice . Breakfast was basic but edible and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic but had fridge, air con and hairdryer and beds were really comfy. Room was cleaned daily wardrobe drawer was broken but manager said thet were in process of updating. Also all night security for added safety.

What can I say.. we were planning a cheap trip to Universal and Disney. As the park tickets are quite expensive, we did not want to exceed our prices as regards food and hotel. This place was a 10/10. Not only the price is unbelievable, we only paid $115 for 4 nights, but also the beds are incredibly comfortable, the room was very wide and the shower water came out perfectly fine. What’s more, the beds were tidy every time we got back. The best part: it’s only 30 mins walking from Universal. That is to say, if you don’t have a car you can surely go walking to the park. Well, actually, the best part is the breakfast. As the price was very low, we expected a cheaper breakfast, but the waffles and the orange juice were amazing. Plus, the staff was really nice and friendly. If I come back to Orlando, I’ll definitely choose this Hotel again.
